Removals & Delivery Terms of Service

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Deliveree Ltd.



Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate collection and delivery information.
  • Ensure suitable access for vehicles.
  • Declare heavy, fragile or unusual items.
  • Ensure items are packed appropriately unless packing services are booked.



Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control



Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

  • Illegal goods
  • Firearms
  • Explosives
  • Hazardous substances
  • Perishable goods unless agreed beforehand



Liability

Goods are transported at the customer's risk unless otherwise agreed.

Where liability applies, it shall be limited to the value declared before transport and subject to applicable insurance coverage.


Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed prior to service.

Late payments may incur additional charges.



Cancellations

Cancellation charges may apply depending upon notice provided and resources allocated to the booking.



Claims

Any claim for damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be requested.
